Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the eyewear in its original leather case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.
Refund Processing
Once our master technicians inspect the returned frames for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
